• 2. Delivery and Shipping

Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control. Delivery time is usually between 15 to 21 days.

 

• 3. Can I request that the shipping be discreet?

As a matter of fact, you don’t even have to ask. Packages we send will not have the content indicated on the labels. However, for international orders, we may have to state the content by law.

• 5. Is there a money back guarantee on your product? 

Please try our products for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the unused portion in the original container within 30 days of receiving your order. That’s 30 days for return shipping, and we will refund you 100% of the product purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
