Return Policy
At NexiHerb LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns / No Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, and because our products are dietary supplements, all sales are final. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
